I’m a dedicated and certified fitness trainer with an A license, a broad academic background and hands-on experience in medical fitness. My passion lies in fitness and endurance sports, especially triathlon, which combines swimming, cycling, and running. As a licensed C-level triathlon coach, I bring both expertise and energy to every training session. Outside of triathlon, I also enjoy alpine skiing and tennis. I offer flexible, pre-scheduled training sessions and can come directly to your home, making it easier than ever to start your fitness journey.
Exercise is just one part of the equation. A balanced diet is just as important if you want to improve your overall physical health. Proper nutrition plays a key role in helping you feel stronger, perform better, and stay consistent. My approach is simple, realistic and doesn’t rely on restrictive meal plans, just clear and effective tips that work with your lifestyle. I’ll provide you with simple, sustainable nutrition advice that will support your fitness journey.
